How to Ship Your Orders in 3 Simple Steps
- Process Your Orders via the Hestios Seller Dashboard Log in to your Hestios Seller Dashboard and confirm new orders. Once accepted, download and print the shipping label and manifest provided by the system.
- Pack Your Product Securely for Dispatch Use plain, unbranded packaging materials to prepare your order. Hestios doesn’t supply packaging, so ensure your items are securely packed and labeled correctly using the printed documents.
- Hand Over to Hestios-Partnered Logistics Our trusted logistics partner will collect the package directly from your pickup address and deliver it safely to the customer’s doorstep.
C. How does the Payment Work?
Payment Cycle
Your earnings are transferred securely to your registered bank account following a weekly payment cycle, calculated from the date of successful delivery. This includes both prepaid and cash-on-delivery orders. You can monitor all transactions, pending payments, and your balance via the Hestios Seller Dashboard.
